Linux System Administration

Overview

This is an in-depth course that explores installation, configuration and maintenance of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 (RHEL 6) systems. The course focuses on issues universal to every workstation and server. The course provides extensive hands-on experience. This course will also help students prepare for the CompTIA Linux+ or the Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) Certifications.

Prerequisites

Students should have already taken (or already possess the skills covered in) our Linux Fundamentals course. Understanding of basic networking and TCP/IP concepts is also recommended.
