CLI Program Coordinator

The CLI PC is responsible for coordinating the lifecycle of training and development engagements (workshops, courses, sessions, etc.) for individuals and organizations.  In this role, the PC manages communications and interactions with internal and external stakeholders as well as the participants themselves.  The role requires a high level of collaboration between the PC and multiple key personnel tied into an engagement, such as CLI practitioners and the Project Manager (PM).  The PC is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality and high-value learning experiences for clients.  To be successful, the PC must be task-oriented, have the capacity to function in a fast-paced environment, strong at keeping open lines of communication, and not afraid to fail as long as it leads to learning.

  • Input and update client and engagement information into databases and other tools
  • Proactively support engagements and development by being fully present and connected
