Registration Coordinator

Title: Registration Coordinator
Department: Workforce
Reports to: Director of Workforce Programs


The Registration Coordinator is responsible for working directly with students and with Sales and Admissions teammates to successfully process all student registrations in our public training programs. This includes ensuring that all registration and funding paperwork is complete and accurate and that we are in compliance with all policies related to funding sources and programs such as the G.I. Bill, the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), registered apprenticeship approval, etc.


The Registration Coordinator will:
  • Serve as the Veterans Administration (VA) Certifying Official
  • Process all student registrations in public classes;
  • Confirm all registrations with students upon receipt;
  • Follow up directly with students to collect any outstanding information and documentation;
  • Keep in touch with students throughout the registration process and address any issues that arise;
  • Setup and administer student payment plans, and collect student payments;
  • Record all student interactions in Salesforce (CRM system);
  • Work collaboratively with Operations and Finance.


The Registration Coordinator must:

  • Be highly proficient modern office technologies and systems.
