Software Developer Foundations Referral Policy 

• Valid only for UMBC Training Centers delivered In-Person Classroom and Live Online training courses listed on our public training schedule. This offer applies only to the Software Developer Foundations course and must be confirmed as eligible by a UMBC Training Centers Admissions Advisor.
• Classes not eligible for this promotion include all self-paced classes.
• Referred party must be a first time student at UMBC Training Centers.
• Student must name referral source to student’s Admissions Advisor at the time of registration.
• Pre-payment must be made, for the total amount quoted, by the student at the time of registration to receive the cash reward offer. Acceptable forms of payment include credit card, check or wire transfers. Purchase orders are not eligible. Any changes to the original sale may be subject to additional charge. All sales are final.
• This offer is valid only to U.S. residents and courses must be taken within the U.S.
• Void where prohibited by company or government gifting policy.
• This offer cannot apply to past class purchases.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other UMBC Training Centers quotes, offers, bookings or registrations; and this offer may be changed or canceled by UMBC Training Centers at any time.
• This offer is only good for use by the purchaser and not transferable to any other individual.
• In the event that UMBC Training Centers cancels a course in which an eligible participant is enrolled, UMBC Training Centers reserves the right to move the participant into the same course at the same training location, or other course/location if a mutual agreement with the participant is reached, within 6 months of the original class date.
• Class must be completed by the referred student before any cash rewards are distributed to the referrer.
• Each student counts as a single referral regardless of the number of classes completed.
• UMBC Training Centers reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time.
• This offer will be fulfilled via gift card in the amount of $250 to the referrer.
• Prior to the first day of class, participants must verify their eligibility based on these terms and conditions and supply a valid email address for the gift card delivery.
• Participants who fail to respond with their referrer’s eligibility and email address prior to the first day of class forfeit their right to receive their cash reward.
• Qualified referrers should receive their cash reward within six weeks after all three (3) of the following conditions are met:
  • UMBC Training Centers’ full payment receipt of the referred student’s training purchase.
  • Referred student response to UMBC Training Centers Admissions Advisor with eligibility verification and valid email address prior to the first day of class.
  • Referred student’s class attendance.
