PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Title: Program Coordinator, Professional Development Programs
Department: Operations
Reports to: Manager, Professional Development Programs
UMBC Training Centers is the premier provider of technical, engineering and professional skills training in the Mid-Atlantic region for individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations and government agencies. The Program Coordinator will manage the delivery of non-credit training programs for various clients and individual students.

- Ability to work nights and weekends, as needed
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
Job Duties:
- Ability to work on many priorities concurrently without missing any details
- Works with the team to identify course materials; ensure course materials are up to date, relevant and high quality
- Manage all communications for planned courses to clients, instructors, and students
- Ensure scheduled classes are effectively executed by overseeing or handling all logistics (ordering and distributing course materials; confirming logistics with instructors and students; ensuring proper classroom set-up including catering when needed; providing for special needs of instructors and students; preparing and distributing instructor evaluations and certificates of completion)
- Ensure all UMBC-TC software applications are current with course information, as well as student and instructor information
- Manage and coordinate individual enrollments in partner courses
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
