UX Design for Enterprise AI Systems

Overview

UX Design for Enterprise AI Systems is a hands-on course focused on designing usable, trustworthy, and effective interfaces for AI-enabled enterprise software. Attendees learn how to move beyond novelty AI demos and design experiences that help real users complete real work while managing uncertainty, model limitations, sensitive data, review workflows, compliance requirements, and organizational risk.

This course covers practical UX patterns for copilots, chat interfaces, recommendation systems, decision support, AI agents, document intelligence, workflow automation, and human-in-the-loop review. Attendees learn how to design for transparency, user control, feedback capture, error recovery, auditability, and measurable business outcomes.

Through labs and design exercises, attendees practice mapping enterprise AI workflows, writing AI experience requirements, creating interaction models, evaluating generated output quality, and prototyping user experiences that make AI systems more reliable, governable, and useful.

Duration
