What is WIOA?
For unemployed or underemployed Marylanders, many of our programs have been approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) for funding through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funding. This entitles individuals to funding to obtain new skills and certifications to prepare them for a new career. This program is administered through One Stop Career Centers located throughout the state.
If you meet certain criteria, you may qualify for WIOA funding! Our Admissions Advisors can assist you with the process of applying for training funding through your local American Job Center. Contact an advisor at [email protected].
We are committed to providing high quality training in person and live online. Our live online courses include real-time lectures, hands-on virtual labs, and complete course materials. Students who are approved for WIOA funding can begin their training immediately.

Certificate in Cyber FoundationsMy confidence was boosted due to the consistent and cohesive advice given by all teaching staff and faculty, the lack of mixed messaging made it very easy for me to hunker down into a success mindset and ultimately achieve my first goal of many. I will be passing and achieving all of the CompTIA certifications covered within the course before Summer 2024, alongside beginning my first job within the field of Cybersecurity.
