Executive Coaching Program
Overview
This multi-year leadership development program is designed to elevate executive performance through personalized coaching, 360 feedback, and peer-driven learning. Grounded in executive-level leadership competencies, it supports both newly appointed and seasoned executives by offering tailored development opportunities. These experiences foster self-reflection, strategic alignment, and cross-functional collaboration, ultimately strengthening leadership effectiveness across the organization.
AUDIENCE
New (≤3 years experience) and Seasoned (>3 years experience) Executives
360 ASSESSMENTS
Each participant begins with a 360 assessment built around pre-determined executive-level leadership competencies. This structured feedback process helps executives gain clear insights into their leadership strengths and areas for development from the perspectives of colleagues, team members, and stakeholders.
EXECUTIVE COACHING
Participants are matched with an experienced executive coach with deep expertise in leadership, innovation, change management, and/or organizational culture. This highly personalized coaching experience supports meaningful behavioral change and sustained professional growth.
- Sessions are 50 minutes and conducted virtually (video preferred).
- Coaches prepare before and debrief after each session to ensure depth and continuity.
- Initial sessions focus on unpacking 360 assessment results to shape individualized development goals.
PEER LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
To strengthen collective leadership capacity, the Program integrates the following two dynamic, coach-facilitated formats. These experiences create a collaborative space for participants to tackle real-world challenges, share insights, and apply leadership strategies in a safe, high-impact environment.
Peer Learning Sessions
These 90-minute, facilitated sessions bring executive peers together in a focused environment to explore advanced leadership topics, address real-time organizational challenges, and align around strategic priorities. Designed to foster mutual accountability and insight-sharing, each group functions as a brain trust, offering a collaborative space for reflection, problem-solving, and shared growth among equally committed leaders.
Live Case Study Sessions
These full-day, immersive sessions simulate real organizational scenarios and are designed by the executive coaches based on themes emerging from 360 assessments, coaching conversations, and Peer Learning discussions. Participants work collaboratively to explore complex issues, test new approaches, and practice high-stakes decision-making in a supportive, low-risk environment. By engaging in “day-in-the-life” leadership challenges, executives apply key insights, experiment with new behaviors, and develop stronger cross-functional leadership skills that directly translate to real-world impact.
