James Wilhelm is a passionate, enthusiastic, and well-versed technology specialist who is driven to help and empower others to reach their goals for success. He strives to help students navigate a future in the Computer Networking and Cyber Field by applying years of industry experience. James has a background in Helpdesk, Field Service, System Administration, Management, Marketing, Sales, and Training. He has several decades of experience in teaching students on obtaining their certifications. In addition, he has delivered “Train the Trainers” and has helped certify instructors. James has over 6 years of experience in delivering CompTIA certifications at UBMC Training Centers. He is certified as a Certified Novell Instructor (CNI), CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) for over 20 years while holding additional certifications in CompTIA Network+ and Security+. James has personally passed over 75 vendor certification exams. He has significant experience effectivelydelivering vendor classes in person, virtually, and blended environments. James has trained over 4,000 students with varying backgrounds and knowledge levels. He has trained cohorts, government employees, contractors, corporations, and those who want to change careers. He enjoys simplifying technical subjects using mnemonics, analogies, anecdotes, and conceptual modeling. James gives 100 percent dedication and a compassionate attitude for success with his students.
