Jeremy is a strategic facilitator and consultant with over a decade of experience advancing leadership development, organizational strategy, and system-wide alignment across nonprofit, association, and public-sector environments. As Program Manager at the Center for Leadership and Innovation, he plays a key role in shaping and scaling transformational programs while supporting client-facing initiatives focused on strategy, innovation, and leadership capacity building.

Jeremy’s expertise includes strategic planning facilitation, program management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational learning. He is particularly skilled at bringing structure to complex challenges, aligning diverse stakeholder groups, and designing high-impact experiences that drive clarity, ownership, and forward momentum. His work has contributed to strengthening organizational effectiveness and fostering cultures of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Known for his ability to translate strategy into actionable outcomes, Jeremy combines systems thinking with practical facilitation to support meaningful and sustainable change. He holds a B.S. in Marketing with a minor in Information Systems from Slippery Rock University, an MBA from Colorado Technical University, and an MPS in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Leadership from UMBC, which he co-designed.
