Marc brings over 20 years of experience in organizational development, leadership consulting, and workforce transformation across commercial, nonprofit, and government sectors. As Director of the Center for Leadership and Innovation, he partners with individuals and organizations to enhance leadership effectiveness, drive strategic alignment, and improve performance outcomes through targeted development, coaching, and organizational solutions.

Marc’s expertise spans leadership development, transformational change, diagnostic assessment, organizational analysis, and customer experience. He has held senior leadership roles overseeing large-scale operations, including managing budgets exceeding $26 million, leading capital investment programs, and supporting workforces of more than 1,000 employees across 35+ facilities. He has also served as Chief Staff Liaison to executive boards and led enterprise-wide learning, training, and coaching functions for organizations with over 1,500 team members.

Known for his practical, results-driven approach, Marc integrates data-informed insights with real-world application to build leadership capability and organizational effectiveness. He holds a B.A. in Education and an M.A. in Organizational Management, along with certifications in EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360, MBTI, DiSC, Registered Corporate Coaching (RCC), and Accelerated Learning and Facilitation.
