Group Training + View more dates & times

Overview

We are in an era of revolutionary information technologies: Cloud Computing, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Mobile Computing, Internet of Things (IoT), Touch and Voice-driven User Experiences. Agile and DevOps methodologies and tools dramatically accelerate the rate of product and service development. The tools to modernize IT are plenty and powerful.

IT Leaders in large corporate and government organizations face significant challenges in leading IT Modernization efforts. Legacy technologies must be replaced. Organizational structures must be re-designed. Systems, architectures and processes must be re-engineered. The organizational culture must be transformed to embrace and encourage innovation and change.

This Tipping Point Workshop, focused on IT Leaders at all levels, explores selected topics in leading IT Modernization from a real-world Case Study and Shared Experience perspective. Leaders discuss and collaborate on real world projects from their own organizations, facilitated by one or more instructors and consultants. Leaders learn from each other’s successes and failures, and they come away with action plans to improve their impact and effectives upon their return to work.
