UPDATES

The safety of our students and staff is our number one concern. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, most public classes are live online still, but we may schedule some Columbia or Hybrid classes in the Fall of 2021. The Class Schedule will always reflect the accurate location. Access our public live online schedule here. Masks are required for non-vaccinated individuals, and are highly recommended for all.

We are open for group training in Columbia in-person or remotely, as local conditions permit.

We are open for rentals in Columbia, as Howard County conditions permit.

Looking for customized live online training? Please submit our Group Training form below or use the chat feature on this page to connect to an account executive. For questions about individual course offerings already on our schedule, please submit an Individual Training inquiry below.

Zoom Safety

Nearly every concern circulating in the media recently has been addressed by Zoom as of April 1, 2020 and is outlined in the “What we’ve done” section of the Zoom CEO’s blog post.

The list includes:

  • Leaking data to Facebook
  • UNC path security / exposing Windows passwords
  • Mac OSX local privilege escalations
  • Attendee tracking
  • A “misbehaving” MacOS installer (addressed on April 2)

Zoom has also updated/clarified their privacy policy and released a blog post clarify what they do (and don’t do) for encryption. As noted in the blog post linked above, Zoom also committed to freezing all new features and focusing their resources on security and privacy over the next 90 days. This focus may very well lead to them implementing end-to-end encryption in addition to other security and privacy enhancements.
