Columbia, MD – UMBC Training Centers’ Center for Leadership & Innovation (CLI) today announces that it has recently been awarded a contract with the National Security Agency’s (NSA) College of Leadership and Business to deliver leadership, management, and other training workshops to NSA personnel.
The contract awarded includes both classroom-based and online workshops covering topics related to leadership skills, management proficiency, collaboration, innovation, and values-centered leadership for thousands of students over a five-year period.
CLI’s mission is to change the world through intentional, generative, and synergistic leadership. Founded in 2012 in response to a growing need across organizations and industries to challenge the status quo of leadership, CLI has since worked with a variety of government, corporate, and non-profit clients in designing, developing, delivering, and modifying training and professional development programs for their workforces. CLI also offers instructional systems design, executive coaching, and organization development intervention consulting services.
